A rare fossil and highly sought after by collectors, this is a double fossil of a Crinoid species, an ocean filter-feeder still found in our oceans today, despite this fossil being over 400 million years old.
You can see the fronds of the 'flower' shaped bell of the animal used for feeding and lots of stalks which would attach the Crinoid to a rock under the sea. Multiple other Crinoid pieces are also featured in surrounding rock around the main two animals.
