Petraster Feather limbed starfish in fossilised limestone.
This Petraster feather limbed starfish is Ordovician in age, or approximately 450 million years. The dark orange coloration is due to the oxidization of iron pyrite. May includes other small fossil species or starfish limbs.
Mined in Kataoua Formation, Morocco, North Africa.
