This is a rare evaporative salt mineral from Lake Searles, Southern California. The unique pink colour comes from microscopic fauna that thrives on the high salinity of the lake bed. It is a rare occurence and unique to this location. It is approx. 6.6cm x 4.7cm x 4cm.
