We are a home-based crystal business here in Tauranga, New Zealand, operated by Chelsea & Corey Potaka specialising in Live Sale Shopping on Facebook and online Web Sales with all Buy Now, Pay Later options available and Click and Collect available from our Tauranga Showroom. Celestial Gems began in 2021 when we first explored our passion of crystals and bringing the best we could find to the NZ market.

Celestial Gems started purely as a passion project for us as we are both enthusiastic rockhounds with an extensive collection of gemstones from local NZ stores and self-collected specimens.  However, business quickly picked up and has snowballed into a thriving e-commerce business.

We have a dedicated live sale showroom in our home which houses our extensive range of crystals and metaphysical items available for sale either on our website or during our weekly live Facebook/Instagram sales.

We aim to answer all messages/emails between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 9am-12pm Sat. If your message falls outside these hours, we will get back to you the next business day.

All orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following business day.

Celestial Gems has gone above and beyond to research crystal sourcing, manufacturing and mining practices in countries and has had the pleasure of travelling to China and Germany (so far) to experience the supply chain in person. By personally visiting source countries and engaging with local communities, Celestial Gems ensures that the crystals they offer are sourced in a sustainable and responsible manner. Plans to visit more countries in the near future is to expand our crystal sources and experience first-hand the supply chain to ensure we are bringing responsible crystals to New Zealand and the world.

By working directly with these small-scale suppliers, Celestial Gems can trace the origins of each crystal and guarantee that it has been sourced responsibly.
