About Celestial Gems

We specialise in unique and rare crystal and minerals! We stock only the highest quality crystal towers, spheres, jewellery, carvings, tumbles, raw stones, fossils, oracle items and we have a massive 2000+ crystals in store!

We are a home-based crystal business here in Tauranga, New Zealand, operated by Chelsea & Corey Potaka specialising in Live Sale Shopping on Facebook and we cater to in-home visits too (appointment only) with all payment options available in-store and online.

Celestial Gems started purely as a passion project for us as we are both enthusiastic rockhounds with an extensive collection of gemstones from local NZ stores and self-collected specimens.  However, business quickly picked up and has snowballed into a thriving e-commerce business.
We have a dedicated live sale showroom in our home which houses our extensive range of crystals and metaphysical items available for sale either on our website or during our weekly live Facebook sales.

Customer Service Hours:
We aim to answer all messages/emails between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 9am-12pm Sat. If your message falls outside these hours, we will get back to you the next business day.
Order Hours:
All orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following business day. 
Pickup Hours: 
If you are collecting your order from our Tauranga In-Home Showroom, please arrange a time directly with us by replying to your order email or using the contact form below to ensure we are available.

Appointments to view our crystals in our home showroom are available between 10am - 5pm Mon-Sun.
