Shipping policy

Please allow approximately 24 hours waiting time for packaging and handling before shipping.

We ship via Post Haste Couriers from our home base in Tauranga, New Zealand and once shipped, usually takes 2-3 days for North Island and 3-5 days for South Island urban deliveries. Please allow a further 2 days for rural shipping. 

All of our orders are sent on an ‘ATL’ (Authority to leave) basis. Meaning once our courier has delivered the order to your property, they have authority to leave the parcel in a safe place on your property (mailbox, front door, etc). Once delivered correctly and safely to your property, the order becomes the customers responsibility.  We do not accept loss claims for items after courier has delivered.

Australia

We have two options to choose from. Minimum shipping required is a Small Box. Prices are - Small Box $30.00 or Medium Box $45.00 (NZD New Zealand Dollars). Extra charges may apply if items are oversized or for rural areas. Insurance provided up to $200 NZD for any damages/lost shipments in transit.  

International

International orders require a separate shipping invoice to be paid prior to dispatch. When making your order, please choose 'International - Other' as your shipping option and we will email a shipping quote based on your delivery address for you to complete the shipping payment. We use NZ Post International Courier service which usually teams up with your national shipping provider in your country to achieve delivery. The terms of shipment and insurance will be provided with your quote.

USA - Please Read

All items displayed on Celestial Gems' website are exclusive of US Border Tariff charges. 

Due to the recent Tariff changes in USA, extra charges may apply when your order reaches the US border. These charges are payable by the customer in order to release your shipment from US customs. The payment may be payable to Celestial Gems or we may ask you to make contact with US Customs/Postal Service to make a direct payment, this is dependent on how we are charged by US Border for your shipment at the time.

Celestial Gems is not responsible for any Tariff charges for any USA orders. All Tariff charges are the responsibility of the customer.
