Rare Cavansite on Heulandite Small Specimen in Box

Rare blue Cavansite crystal growth on Heulandite (Zeolite) matrix crystal and rock. Comes in its own plastic specimen display box for safekeeping. Approx. 3.5cm x 3cm x 2.8cm.

Cavansite and Pentagonite are both forms of hydrated calcium silicovanadates and are very similar to look and hard to distinguish between as they are exactly the same chemical formula. You can find some Pentagonite specimens also listed online.
